Winters comes and the Vata Dosha goes up because of our wrong eating habits .

Topping the list are

Tea
Coffee
Smoothies
Raw Salads
Black and white Chana
Rajma

The most common complaint which every patient comes up with is Constipation

Take 3/4 cup of warm water
Add 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
2 gms of Sonth / Dry ginger powder
1 Gm or pinch of sendha namak

Have this at bedtime

Caution: People with High Pita should not do it as sesame oil is heating in nature and will further aggravate Pita
Or
1 spoon of ghee in 1 cup of milk with 3 green cardamom + 5 kala munaka ( if diabetic avoid kala munaka )

Can be taken by anyone
