  • As a registered member you have access to all products and services
  • You will be eligible for offers on our products and services, announced periodically specifically for our members
  • As a non-registered member, you can book appointments for consultation or therapies  (limited list)

Online Payment options are available for the services listed below:

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

Book an appointment for consultation:

  • Registered members may login to website using your login and password. 
  • New or non-registered members must register first with complete information 
  • Provide your Name and other details required on the appointment booking page.
  • Select from the available slots, the one best suited to you.
  • Complete any incomplete information, proceed to make payment
  • Appointment/s once booked cannot be refunded. 
  • Date can be modified. This date needs to be modified at least 12 hours prior to the date and time of appointment.
  • incase of 2 appointment cancellation or no-show for an appointment, the appointment will be deemed as delivered and the amount will be non-refundable.
  • An Appointment cannot be transferred to another person other than the  original owner.

Book an appointment for a therapy 

  • All therapy packages have a validity period. Appointments may be booked within this valid period
  • A therapy slot can be booked against a package registered for. The therapy will be confirmed post Naardi parikshan (pulse reading) at the centre.
  • The amount for therapy will be deducted once confirmed at the centre
  • Non-registered Therapy members may book for a basic therapy session from a limited set of therapies

Payment for a Therapy Package 

  1. All registered members will be able to purchase a therapy package
  2. Select the most preferred package and proceed with the registration or other details
  3. Payments may be made via payment modes activated on this website

  5. Payment once done is non-refundable. 
  6. A single therapy package may be availed by multiple members of family, subject to a confirmation / communication sent by the original package owner

Payment for a Vedic Diet Package

  1. All registered members will be able to purchase a Vedic Diet package
  2. Select the most preferred package and proceed with the registration or other details
  3. Payments may be made via payment modes activated on this website

  5. Diet package is non-transferable as they are specific to an individual.

PLACING AN ORDER

  • Orders may be placed for our products displayed in the products catalog.
  • The product catalog contains products ranging from beauty, wellness.
  • All products and important information are displayed along with the product.
  • At Anammyaa we ensure all product expiry information  is correctly displayed.
  • Our customers are advised to consume medicinal products under physician guidanceSelect 
  • Select your product/s from the catalog and add to cart. 
  • Verify items in the cart, and proceed for checkout. To complete the order, your billing address and shipping address will be required separately.  
  • Proceed to make the payment using any of the options displayed and best suited to you.
  • Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation on receipt of payment. Sometimes, the confirmation may be delayed. Please wait for 24 hours before contacting our customer case with complete details of your order.
  • The order will be processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hrs. 
  • Normal delivery time for delivery within India is 6-7 days from date of order. Certain locations beyond the delivery partners locations may be delayed from 8 to 20 days.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Anammyaa offers a secure platform for online payments. The following options are available for making payments to Anammyaa:

  • Domestic and International Debit card, Credit card which are a part of Visa and Mastercard network
  • NEFT and RTGS bank transfers from a select list of banks. The same is visible on the payment page.
  • Paytm and Gpay options are also available
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery. 
  • IMP: No one from Anammyaa team will call you for your OTP, CVV or any other secure codes. Please do not disclose this information to anyone.
  • The order receipt will be emailed to you once the payment is successfully completed.
  • Contact us at any of the contact details available, incase you do not receive any order confirmation,

PRICING POLICY

  • Stocks and pricing are current and updated. Anammyaa reserves to right to make any change without advance notice
  • The order will include the product price and applicable taxes.
  • Any seasonal or festive offers will be made with as per the offer at the time. 
  • Domestic shipping cost above INR 2000 is free. Shipping charges will be levied as per the shipping charges of the delivery partner
  • International shipping charges will be made as per the law and taxes applicable in that country. 

REFUND, RETURN, CANCELLATION POLICY

  • At Anammyaa we do not offer any refund or cancellation once the order has been placed and amount has been paid for the order.
  • Incase of any damage to the product during the delivery process, please write to us within 24 hours at weareforyou@anammyaawellness.com with complete details of the order, Invoice details, and images/videos of the same. The same will be validated with the delivery partner and the final status will be shared with you. This whole process will take 3-5 working days. 
  • Incase of any Exchange of product , please allow us 2 weeks to organise a reverse pickup and send you a fresh product.  The product should be returned in the original packaging for us to process the order. 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • There may be a delay on the committed timelines due to some delay by the delivery partner due to COVID-19. 
  • We deliver products in India and worldwide. However, based on COVID and government regulations, we reserve the right to withdraw/pause deliveries to locations if so warranted.
  • Shipping charges will be an additional payment and will be charged along with the product payment. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
  • Anammyaa Wellness will be compliant with the legal requirements and export laws of the country. The consignee may be required to complete any import requirements or federal law or the customs duty / VAT or any other requirements of the destination country.
  • Certain delivery partners may require OTP at the time of delivery. The same will be sent as a message to the mobile number provided at the time of placing the order. OTP number will need to be provided in order to complete the delivery process.
  • Anammyaa Wellness will not be responsible for any damage to the product at the time of delivery. Any claims for short shipment or damages should be reported to customer service of delivery partner and at weareforyou@anammyaawellness.com 

Product Quality Related Complaints

In the case of a product quality concern, please send us an email at weareforyou@anammyaawellness.com within 7 days of the date of receipt of the product and with the following details. We shall take 24 to 48 hours to review the email and revert back:

  • Order number
  • Product that is highlighted for quality issue
  • Please specify if you are a Soundarya Club Loyalty Member or not along with card number
  • Details of your Request
  • Images or videos to support the complaint along with an image of the back label of the product where the Batch details are clearly visible

In the case of a quality issue highlighted our team will first connect you with an in-house Ayurvedic Doctor within 2 working days. Depending on the nature of the complaint, the conversation with our Doctor and his or her analysis of the situation, our customer team representative will then request to have the product sent back to our factory for a quality assessment, the quality report will then be available post 7 working days from receiving the product for quality check.

All products to be shared for inspection must be physically accompanied in the reverse pick-up by the original receipt and a document that states the following:

  • Address of dispatch
  • Name & Address of the customer
  • Order number
  • Contents of the package

Please also email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment (inside and outside packaging) with our Customer Care representative who you have been in touch with by email.

If the product passes the test and matches the complaint, we shall initiate the return/exchange process within 7 days of the consignment being received by our quality inspection team. The overall quality inspection process starting from pick-up to the final response would involve a time period of 3 weeks’ minimum.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Exchange of product due to allergic/skin reactions is not applicable. Exchange of product due to reasons including personal dislike of the product; dislike of the fragrance; dislike of color that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues with the product itself is not applicable
