One of the best, or perhaps the best Ayurveda centers that I have visited. Carefully, meticulously, and beautifuy designed and managed by the founder Ashma and her team. Being from Ayurveda profession, nothing misses my eyes. Ashma is a perfectionist and this quality is much needed when you are in the business, or rather, vocation of Ayurveda.
As for the four hand abhyangam and podi kizhi (potli massage) that I experienced, not once but many times, again it was a manifestation of the quality that Ashma strives achieve. Flawless, therapeutic and relaxing.. I have experienced Ayurveda treatments by dozens of therapists from different places in India. This was certainly one of the best. Utmost care is taken to ensure that the client is comfortable and relaxed.

I had a severe back ache and the CT scan showed lots of issues and I was advised surgery, but one month of sessions in Anammyaa and I was not only back on my feet, but was able to cycle to Leh, Khardungla.
I have always been not a great fan of ayurveda but this time, my recent experience with Anammyaa changed my perception completely. Ashma Khanna and her great team of doctors, diagnosed my issue very well and results in just 1.5 months have been great. I had a lot of inflammation and pain, excess weight gain.
